D-5 Tone / Tone Bank

* Tone - load a single Tone

* Tone Bank - load all 64 Tones

* match UNIT# to Comm Ch (under MIDI)

* WARNING: some versions of the D-5 do
  not return all 64 tones but only 32.
  This is a bug in the D-5 operating
  system, you should talk to Roland
  about obtaining a ROM upgrade.

* WARNING: If the bad bank is sent
  back to the instrument, tones
  33 - 64 will be destroyed.
