Matrix 1000 Patch

* To store Patch information

* The Matrix 1000 does NOT use a MIDI
  channel for SysX communication

* Use Pch# to select which Patch is
  loaded from the instrument

* ECHO mode MUST be OFF (in 'Ext
  functions' or communication errors
  will result)

* On PC/XT - Sequencer MUST be off
  when requesting data
