* Microtuning stores a microtuning
  assignment for each of the 128
  MIDI notes.

* Match Comm Ch to ID (in Master
  Edit beside OMNI). NOTE: the
  Comm Ch in MIDI QUEST should be
  1 greater than shown on Proteus

* Match MIDI channels (in Master Edit)

* V1.01 of MIDI QUEST is required for
  proper Proteus operation
