Proteus Program

* A Program stores the program map
  which maps each patch change to a
  particular preset.

* Match Comm Ch to ID (in Master
  Edit beside OMNI). NOTE: the
  Comm Ch in MIDI QUEST should be
  1 greater than shown on Proteus

* Match MIDI channels (in Master Edit)

* V1.01 of MIDI QUEST is required for
  proper Proteus operation
