Proteus Preset (1 - 6)

* A Preset stores a single sound
  definition
* Preset 1 can load patches 0 - 63
  Preset 2 can load patches 64-127 etc

* Use the Pch# to select which patch
  to load

* Match Comm Ch to ID (in Master
  Edit beside OMNI). NOTE: the
  Comm Ch in MIDI QUEST should be
  1 greater than shown on Proteus

* Match MIDI channels (in Master Edit)

* Preset.5 and Preset.6 will only
  work with a Proteus XR.

* V1.01 of MIDI QUEST is required for
  proper Proteus operation
