Proteus Preset Bank (1 - 6)

* A Preset stores a Bank of 64
  Proteus Presets

* Bank 1 loads patches 0 - 63
  Bank 2 loads patches 64-127 etc

* Match Comm Ch to ID (in Master
  Edit beside OMNI). NOTE: the
  Comm Ch in MIDI QUEST should be
  1 greater than shown on Proteus

* Match MIDI channels (in Master Edit)

* On regular Proteus - banks 3 & 4 are
  ROM and can only be loaded, on an XR
  banks 5 & 6 can only be loaded

* Preset.5 and Preset.6 will only
  work with a Proteus XR.
