Proteus All Banks

* Use All Banks to store all of the
  presets from the Proteus

* All Banks.XR will store all 256
  programmable presets from the
  Proteus XR

* Match Comm Ch to ID (in Master
  Edit beside OMNI). NOTE: the
  Comm Ch in MIDI QUEST should be
  1 greater than shown on Proteus

* Match MIDI channels (in Master Edit)

* V1.01 of MIDI QUEST is required for
  proper Proteus operation
