*** Instructions for BIORYTHM.ARC ***

     This ARC contains FOUR files as listed below with their descriptions:

          - BIORYTHM.BAS - The main program. Source code in ST BASIC. You need
                         ST BASIC to run this program. Low rez colour only.

          - DATAFILE     - The program's list of data that is required to be
                         on the same directory as BIORYTHM.BAS.

          - BIORYTHM.DOC - This is the documentation and instructions file;
                         It's in ASCII format and runs 12 pg.s @ 66 lines/pg.
                         Just double-click on this icon and choose the Print
                         option. ( Make sure your printer is on. )

          - README.1st   - This instructions file.

     Print out your documentation, and READ IT FIRST. It will tell you how to
configure the programs and how to run them in ST BASIC.  If you have a hard-
disk, the program should be in the same folder or directory as your ST BASIC.
 The Loading process is painfully slow, even from a HD, patience is a virtue
in this instance. If you use one of the alternate file selectors, you may see
a garbled mess on your screen while ST BASIC loads the program. This, believe
it or not, is normal; As long as your disk busy light is flickering, you're 
OK, just hang on a minute. All other info is in the .DOC file.
