STar-Net installation
Put the file GALBOOT.TOS in the same folder as GALEMP.TOS and install
the game as if GALBOOT.TOS was the main game program.
GALBOOT.TOS will create a file called forem.dat so Galactic Empire can
read the user's name as if it was a Forem BBS. Choose FOREM as BBS type
when creating your GALEMP.SET file.
