Messages in Mail> are visible only to sender and recipient.
  If you enter a message in the Mail> room, Citadel-68 will prompt you
for the name of the recipient.	If Citadel-68 does not know anyone by that name,
then the message will be refused. If you have mail waiting, it can be
be read using the usual commands.
 Some Citadel-68 systems may only allow mail to the SysOp; see ".Help POLICY".
 "Goto" will find new messages in Mail> just as it finds new messages in any
other room.
