PRINT Menu: To Printer

 Select "To Printer" to print a
 report, labels, or forms. If you are
 printing a report, you will see a
 dialog box which allows you to
 design your report. For each type of
 printout you will need to enter
 information about your paper width
 and height, form feeds, margins, and
 printer codes for special fonts.
 See your printer manual for more
 information about these options.
 PRINT Menu: To ASCII

 Select "To ASCII" to write a data
 base file on your data disk in pure
 ASCII characters. You can then use
 the report in another program, or 
 you can transmit it with a 
 telecommunications program.





 PRINT Menu: To WORD WRITER ST
             To SWIFTCALC ST

 These options allow you to store
 data base information on a data disk
 for later use with WORD WRITER ST,
 a word processor, or SWIFTCALC ST, a 
 spreadsheet program. The "To WORD
 WRITER ST" option allows you to
 store as many columns as you wish,
 while the "To SWIFTCALC ST" option
 allows you to store only one column
 at a time.
