A few hints on using the files on the public domain disks.

     There are some arced files on this disk that will have to  be 
  
dearced before using them.  The best way to do this is to put them 
  
on  a separate disk along with ARCSHELL and then run ARCSHELL and 
  
dearc  the files and then you can move them where ever  you  might 
  
want to. One of the programs is a very nice disk labeler that will 
  
list the whole contents of a disk on a 3.5" disk label.  Hope  you 
  
enjoy them.

     Some programs may not seem to work when you first use 
  
them,  this  is because they will have to be taken out of  folders 
  
and put on your disks root directory.  An example of this is  some 
  
of  the  Kids  program  disks.   and  borders  and  graphics   for 
  
Printmaster.  If you should experience any problems like this  the 
  
first thing to do is take the items out of folders and put them in 
  
the root directory.

     There are 8 different catalogs on this catalog disk and  most 
  
of the listings are different,  however there are some entries  in 
  
more than one catagory due to the contents of the disk.

     I  hope  that this format will be easier to use  rather  than 
  
listing all disks in numerical order under one catalog.
