IBM AND NON-IBM PRINTER TRADE-IN PROMOTION For a limited time only, eligible customers can receive a credit by trading in designated installed IBM or non-IBM printers and purchasing 10 or more of the following replacement products: o IBM 4230 Model 201 o IBM 4230 Model 202. The replacement 4230 printers must be ordered on or before September 30, 1992. The Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement (ICA), must occur on or after July 7, 1992, but no later than October 30, 1992. The number of replacement printers purchased must be equal to or greater than the number of replaced printers. All customers are eligible for participation in this promotion. Customers with existing special bid discounts may elect to take advantage of either this promotion or their discount. Products acquired under this promotion will, however, count toward special bid commitments. This promotion can be combined with all other discounts and allowances. In accordance with the ICA, products acquired under this promotion are not to be resold, leased or transferred to a third party and are only for productive use in a qualifying location within the United States or Puerto Rico.
