Readme for EMULAT02.XLS, EMULAT02.TXT, and EMULAT02.CSV

The information given in these databases is freely available online.

Why emulator Y is given only a support rating of X for a game when it has Joystick/Sound support:
Each game is given the lowest VERIFIED rating for each version. Either I haven't had the chance
to verify it yet (I have more than this to do) or you may have a newer version.
Special note: I can't just bring in 10 disks of emulators and ROMs to work and I have limited
  time at home for this.

Why there are three versions:
To cater to everyone's individual tastes and because not everyone has Excel for Windows 5.0.

What's different about each version:
 Nothing except simple formatting.
-EMULAT02.XLS: Original Excel for Windows 5.0 file.
-EMULAT02.TXT: Tab-delimited text, for simple importing into your favorite database or spreadsheet.
-EMULAT02.CSV: Comma-delimited text, also simple to import

What's on the agenda:
Keeping this up to date. :)

Where I get my free time to do such work:
Long boring graveyard shifts at work with very little to do.

Where I got my inspiration:
This was suggested by Michael Adcock, creator of the wonderful Arcade Emulator How-to text file.
