1.95b - arghhhh!

- 1.95 seemed to disagree with some Sound Blaster Pros.  This problem
  has now been fixed.

- Reinstated "slow machine" version of Phoenix.  The driver phoenix2.drv
  should work on anything from a 386-16 upwards.


1.95 - a minor "clean up" release
---------------------------------

- Joystick calibration settings remembered.

- Improvements to Sound Blaster support:

   i.   output now properly tuned (the previous version's tuning was
        based on my el cheapo clone card).

   ii.  mixing rate fully selectable from 8KHz to 44.1KHz.

   iii. the Pro Audio Spectrum's SB mode should now work(!)

   iv.  bass/treble settings retained on SB16 and above  

- Added RATs for Lunar Rescue and The End.  The latter would've been
  in the previous release if I hadn't forgotten all about it.  :)


*Important note*

  Never attempt to use old Sparcade drivers with new versions of the
  software!
