Gravis Grip Keyset for Brian Levine's Vanguard Emulator by midnight.runner --- One of the most interesting features of the new Gravis Grip joypads is their keyboard emulation mode - allowing users to modify the joystick to do keyboard commands. This isn't a complicated process, so I decided to make a .GKS (Gravis Keyset) for Brian Levine's Vanguard Emulator, as he is wanting to implement joypad support. This keyset is designed for the Gravis GamePad Pro. Simply load this with GKSLOAD.COM, or if you're using Win'95, you can use GripKey. Then load the Vanguard emulator (be sure to sure to use the -nojoy parameter!) and off you go! Here's a quick layout: Thumb pad - Move around 4 button pad - Shoot in that direction (b=up y=down r=left g=right) Select - Insert Coin Start - Player 1 Start I realize this layout is probably most confusing on a standard Grip controller, but everyone I know has a Gravis GamePad Pro. You may configure this keyset however you please. This is my pitiful attempt to get more authors to support the new Grip controllers. If more authors supported Grip controllers, you wouldn't even have to make keysets - the game would handle all 10 buttons internally.
