Some important notes regarding MeTool:

1) Since V1.8, the sources included are not updated any more - the
   sources are those of V1.75 and will be in the next releases.
   Since lots of frontend authors asked me about pcengine stuff in
   the past, I emphasize that I still will answer any question freely.
   There's only one matter I won't discuss and that's the games.dat
   extraction. Sorry, but I can't and won't.
2) I got some emails of people saying MeTool crashed on their
   systems. Some of these problems were solved, but some of those guys
   didn't report back. So I suspect that MeTool (and MegaTool) may
   be incompatible with some systems.
   So I ask every user of MeTool to send me the following info:

   1) Metool runs perfectly/has flaws (which?)/crashes (how?)
   2) My graphics card is xxx/Vesa Version is xxx/I use Univbe xxx
   3) My system is a xxx CPU with xxx MB of RAM
   4) I'm running MeTool under Win95 rel. x/Win NT x/DOS x

   I'm only interested in this technical stuff - I won't misuse this
   infos for anything. If you don't trust me, send the mail
   via an anonymous remailer or patch the header.
