Phoenix Emulator Readme First file.

Please read the phoenix.txt readme file.

I keep on getting emails about bugs which ARE documented in the main
text file.

Please make sure that you have read the text file before you email me
with a problem. Every time someone emails me with a problem which is
reasonable I add it to the text file.
