WHAT'S NEW IN 22NICE VERSION 1.4

A new option, IOMAP has been added to GENCOM.  This powerful feature
allows the user to intercept I/O instructions and pass them to an 80x86
handler.  It's possible to emulate chips and peripherals used by the
original CP/M program.
