CDIR and CCOPY are used to extract files from the .D64 disk images.
CDIR is used first to get a directory. The number on the left is used
to reference files for CCOPY.

Source is provided in C. These were compiled with DeSmet C. PD versions
of this comiler are availble on Simtel. The name is PCC12C.ZIP.

These programs are public domain, you can do anything with them.
