Welcome to our Demo version of Terminator Rampage for IBM 386 or higher
machines! Before you begin your own rampage, refer to the KEYS & COMMANDS 
section below.

TO SETUP YOUR SOUND CARD
========================
From this directory run the INSTALL program and choose "Configure game".

Type,

INSTALL

This will create a batch file TERM.BAT.

TO BEGIN PLAYING
================ 
From this dirctory type,

KEYS & COMMANDS 
===============
If you are having trouble not hearing the sounds of your weapons,
go into the Setup menu and decrease the music volume, then turn the volume
of your speakers higher.
Stepping on an item automatically uses it or adds it to your inventory, such
as ammo, medkits, and armorkits.

One general rule: If it moves, kill it...

SETUP
=====
From the first menu choose 'SETUP' or,

TAB			To access the Setup menu during the game...

MOUSE
=====
Walking is done by pressing the right mouse button. Sideways rolling turns
the character, rolling forward or back will move the character in that
direction. This movement is useful for targeting enemies or fine tuning
your aim.

LEFT MOUSE BUTTON	Fires selected weapon. If directly in front of a
			door this button will open the door.

RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON	Runs you in whatever direction you're currently
			facing. This movement is quick, and much easier
			than rolling the mouse over and over again.

ALT + Mouse side roll	Will slide you left or right instead of turning.

WEAPONS SWITCH
==============
F1			Beretta			low power
F2			Uzi submachine gun	medium power
F5			SPAS-12 Shotgun		high power

KEYBOARD
========
UP ARROW		Move forward
DN ARROW		Move backwards
LEFT ARROW		Spin left
RIGHT ARROW		Spin right
CTRL + (any above)	Doubles the movement rate while held down
ALT + Left or right 	Slides you left or right instead of turning.

TARGET ID TOGGLE
================
M			Toggles Proximity Map on/off
T			Toggles Target ID on/off
V			Displays the diagram of the V-TEC Phased Plasma
			Cannon you are trying to assemble. It will also
			show how many pieces of the V-TEC you have found.

JOYSTICK
========
Pushing the joystick forward runs you forward, pulling it back walks you
backward, left and right pushing will turn you respectively left or right.
Button 2 will open doors if you are close to them.

LEFT JOYSTICK BUTTON 	Fires selected weapon.

RIGHT JOYSTICK BUTTON	If directly in front of a door this button will
			open the door.

ALT + Joystick	 	Will slide you left or right instead of turning.
